Truss Analysis by Section Method

Truss analysis by section method is used to measure the member forces at a particular member.For the analysis of the compound truss this method is applicable. The another way of the determination of member forces is joint method but it will not be sort method for some cases so section method will be specific.In section method, section can be passed through according to our desire but each section should not contain more than three members, in which the force are unknown. Equations of equilibrium (ie. ∑ F_x= 0 , ∑ F_y = 0 , and ∑ M = 0 ) can be applied to any section. But about any convenient points, ∑M = 0 provide the more easier way.
